1. Select your favorite design and purchase via PayPal.
2. Once you have purchased your invitation, I will send you an order form within 24 hours to fill out and send back to me with all of your information and photo(s)
3. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a proof via e-mail. Please reply via email if you would like any modifications/edits or if you approve.
*Please note, additional edits add approximately 24 hours to the time line.

As this is a custom product, we cannot accept returns. Upon receipt of proof approval, I will send you a high resolution photo jpeg file which you can order prints at the photo-lab of your choice.

Once you have approved you proof, the high resolution digital file will be emailed to the email address you have listed with CraftisArt.
Printed Invitations with envelopes / We Print and mail to you
Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail.
Shipping is $6.00 regardless of how many you order.
Minimum order is 20 invitations.
If you would like more, just email me and I will send you a money request via paypal for additional invitations. Your initial purchase of 20 must be made and paid for prior to purchasing additional invitations. This applies to ONE design.
Refunds
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Due to the customized nature of our products, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges of your personalized products after a proof has been sent.
I will send you a proof for your approval so you can look over and double check the design.
Once the final file is sent, your files will be deleted.
