Payment

We accept paypal and personal check. With a personal check, the check must be received and clear the bank prior to shipment. If you use paypal, the item(s) will be shipped as soon as payment wth paypal is confirmed.

Shipping

We do combine shipments. If an order is able to fit in a flat rate shipping box and it is less expensive than the shipping rate quoted, we will ship the less expensive route and refund the difference.

Our shipping fees do take into consideration shipping matierials as well as postage. All items will ship USPS unless other arrangements are made by an individual customer.

The automatic postage program is set at one pound. We know items are going to have different weight. If the shipping is less or more, you will be notified. If it is less, we will refund the difference. If it is more, you will be notified promptly so the difference can be paid.

Refunds

Each item is a single unique item. We will not necessarily have two or more of any specific item. Exhanges may be made for any equally priced item that is available at the time of the exchange request.

Refunds will accepted only defective issues. Some of the heavy duty items are made of rough weave fabrics. Any claim of defect in regard to an item of this fabric will be reviewed closely to determine if it is a defect or a characteristic of the fabric. Refunds will be returned in like manner as payment.

Shipping charges for any refundable items or exchangable items is the responsibility of the customer.
