How can I leave feedback?

If you recently sold and/or purchased an item, you can leave feedback for that transaction. Both the buyer and the seller can leave feedback for each transaction. Feedback is useful for both parties as it tells other members about the quality of the service received, promptness in payment, etc.

Buyers
To leave feedback you need to be a registered member of Craft Is Art, if you made a purchase, you can leave feedback for that transaction by going to: My Account > My Purchases click on the purchase you want to leave feedback for and then click on "Leave Feedback for this transaction based on your experience"

Sellers
For sellers wanting to leave feedback, you can do so by going to My Store > My Orders then click on the order you want to leave feedback for and then click on "Leave Feedback for this transaction based on your experience."

On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the highest (Excellent), you can rate your experience besides leaving your comments.

No Feedback for Quick Checkout/Non-Members
Feedback is only available for transactions processed through the "Regular Checkout" method or transactions posted by actual members of Craft Is Art. Orders placed by non-member cannot receive feedback.
