Why did my order come without the buyer's username?
There are two types of checkout methods on CraftIsArt.com: Regular and Quick Checkout. If your customer chose the Quick Checkout method, it is very likely they did not create an account and simply went through the checkout process without registering, in this case you will only see their email address, and of course all available information about shipping and billing (if paid by Credit Card).
