Payment Information
I accept PayPal and all major credit card and debt card for payments (which is process via Paypal)
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
All payment must be cleared before your order is shipped.
Special order: I will let you know the price of the custom order before I make it. Your payment to the custom order will act as confirmation of your order.
In the event of non-payment or cancellation of your order, I have the right to relist the item for sale immediately. Please shop responsiblely as I will leave negative feedback for non-payment and no-response to emails.

Shipping Information
Your order is ship from The United State. We ship within 3 business days after payment. Special order may need 7-10 business days after payment so I have extra time to source materials. You will be notify the tracking number when your order is shipped.
I use US Postal Service's Priority Mail as standard shipping to US and international countries.
Priority Mail shipped to US address usually deliver within 3 business days.
International Priority Mail will take 6-10 business days to reach the destination country; however custom office may hold the package for longer time and we have no control over this issue.
We will use the shipping address from your craftisart order receipt to ship your package. In the event that craftisart and PayPal show two different addresses, your package will be shipped to the craftisart address. Please make sure the shipping address is correct so your order will not delay or lost.
Please note that insurance is optional and will be provided only upon request.
