Shipping Information

- The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
2.Estimated shipping times:
- North America: 14-21 business days
- Europe: 14-21 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-21 business days
- Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
- I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges

- I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
- The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
+ Custom or personalized orders
+ Perishable products (like food or flowers)
+ Digital downloads
+ Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
+ Items on sale
- Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- This fine natural jewelry is made out of organic, biodegradable materials and should be treated with care and respect.
- Cleaning: Clean occasionally, as needed, with a mild soap and water. Dry thoroughly. You can also condition your organic jewelry lightly with jojoba oil or another natural oil. Do not soak in anything, do not boil or autoclave!
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, such as your dresser top or jewelry box. Do not leave for extended time in your car, sunny window, or other hot or sunny place. Do not leave in a place where it may become wet, such as bathroom sink or shower.
