Shipping Information
We will send your order by Correos de Mexico, but please remember that delivery times will vary. Once it's in the postman's hands, it's out of mines, so please allow up to 3 weeks (USA) and 4 weeks (other countries) for international delivery, It rarely takes that long but it's good to know.
If you can't wait to get your Rebozo to carry your little one, and would like Fedex, DHL, please send me a message through the "contact" button on my shop page with your ZIP code, and i will be happy to check on rates.
International customers also please note that we can not be responsible for any customs hold-ups or import taxes on the shipment. Thanks for understanding.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
If you're not 100% happy with your item, you can return it (unworn and undamaged - worn or damaged will not be refund) but need to advise us, no more than 3 days after receiveing it. We'll give you a full refund (sorry, this doesn't include shipping) or a replacement if you prefere.
