Payment Information
We use Paypal to proceed all payments, but you are not required to have Paypal account. If you want to checkout either with Debit or credit card, please choose Checkout with Paypal.Then, please go to "Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later" option. You'll be led to regular Credit/ Debit card submit form.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from US.
The tracking number is not included in price of single or double orders. You should contact us prior the order if you want your order shipped with the tracking number. Our system will automatically upgrade your order to registered Air Mail if you order 3 or more items at our shop.
You order will be shipped wthin 2 working days or as fast as we can after we get the payment confirmation from you. Please inform us in advance when you have particular delivery request such as greeting card or special wrapping.
The normal delivery takes 5-8 days, but it can take up to 15 days under special condition such as the address or the Postal Service is extremely busy.
Contact us if you order doesn't arrive after 15 days(if you live in US) or after 30 days (if you live outside US).
We'll send the replacement item to compensate your loss via Registered Mail as soon as we receive your report.
