Payment Information
PayPal and is the only method of payment accepted. Payment must be made at the time of purchase with PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payment with a credit card through PayPal (just do not log into your PayPal account). Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
Shipping Information
Sent within 24-48 hours of cleared payment with USPS, delivery takes 2-9 days depending on where you live and the weather. Please let me know if there are any special instructions for mailing or the gift tag when you are checking out in the notes section of PayPal. The package is sent to the address PayPal has as the ship to address.
All packages are sent Parcel Post with delivery confirmation and are not insured, as soon as I send the package and have proof with the post ofice then I have filled my part of the transaction. If you want insurance on the package then you must pay an additional $2.45 for that fee - before the package is sent. Let me know ahead of time by message or I will invoice you through PayPal for the fee of $2.45 (remember I will not send the package until this fee is paid)

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Refunds will be given for any returned cake or item within 10 days of receipt as long as the inner packaging (cellophane) has not been opened. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. If you do not inure the package and Dianna's Diaper Cakes does not receive the returned item, then no refund will be made.
Refunds will not be made for any package that the USPS has confirmed as delivered no matter if it was insured or not. If you did pay for the insurance and did not receive the package then I will e-mail you a copy of the postal insurance receipt so that you can file a claim with the Post Office. I have sent over 400 packages and none have been damaged or lost so far - amazing!

Q. Is there any information I need to know before purchasing a product?
A. Please read over the policies sections so that you are clear with all of the details
pertaining to a transaction with Dianna's Diaper Cakes.
Q. Are the cakes made with brand name diapers?
A. Yes, most cakes are made with Luvs, Pampers, or Huggies diapers. Other
brands can be used with custom order cakes, even cloth diapers!
Q. Do I need to be careful having the cake around small children?
A. Decorations on Dianna's Diaper Cakes products may detach and pose a
choking risk or may be hazardous if swallowed. The cellophane could cause
suffocation, please dispose of properly. By purchasing our products you agree
not to hold Dianna’s Diaper Cakes or affiliates responsible for actions that
come as the result of the products we sell. This includes all but specifically
injury to minor children.
Q. Are all items useable when the cake is taken apart?
A. Yes, we do not use rubber bands or glue when making the cakes so all items
are useable when the cake is taken apart. And most cakes are made with
layered or fanned diapers so they are easier to use than rolled.
Q. Is priority shipping available?
A. Yes, however it is very expensive, the charge is about $33.50 to $49.50, if you
need this done you need to contact me and tell me the city and state the cake
is being shipped to so that I can adjust the shipping amount before purchase,
otherwise it will be shipped USPS Parcel Post.
Q. How do I go about ordering a custom baby diaper cake?
A. You either fill out the request form or just send me a conversation telling me
what your baby gift ideas are, what your budget for the cake is (not including
the $12.95 - $13.50 for S&H), when you need the diaper cake by, and what state
the diaper cake is being shipped to. I will communicate with you about the cake,
create it, then I will send you a message when I post the cake. You can then
review it, send me any comments, then decide if you want to purchase the
diaper cake, easy!

A. Open the curling ribbon by snipping the back, then reach your arm down the
back of the diaper cake. Tip the diaper cake so it rests on your arm and pull off
the cellophane, you can reuse the cellophane if needed and reclose the
bag by pulling a ribbon out of the bunch and retie the bag.
