Shipping Information
I ship worldwide and to your address on your craftisart account. So please make sure it is correct. I ship in 1 to 5 business days from purchase. I also include shipping for items shipped.
All items will be shipped via Canada Post and should arrive safely packaged inside a bubble envelope for small orders or wrapped up in a box when necessary for larger orders.
NOTE: In some countries it may take 4 weeks or longer for your package to arrive. Please wait 8 weeks before we take the next step of a reimbursement and we will work together to resolve the issue.

I expect my item(s) to reach you in the best of conditions, however on the rare occasion that there is a problem with the condition your item arrives in please contact me so I can attempt to fix the issue. If no solution can be found refunds will be given upon the return of the item(s).

If you want to return an item please contact me within this 14 day time period in order for me to arrange a refund upon its return.
