Payment Information
I accept PayPal,Google Checkout, and Amazon payments. I also accept credit cards through any of the above mentioned payment processors. Just click the credit card option when checking out and follow the instructions for credit card payments. If you need help feel free to contact me and I can walk you through it. Thank you.

Shipping Information
I ship all orders via USPS First Class shipping. All orders are packaged carefully in a box with cotton and then a bubble wrap envelope to ensure safe arrival. Some exceptions to this are my candle holders. They ship wrapped in bubble wrap and a box big enough to hold them.
If you desire insurance, please tell me and I will include it when I ship, at your expense.
All orders will be shipped within 2 days after payment is received, unless a postal holiday occurs.
If you wish to have your order shipped via a different method, please contact me. Alternate shipping methods will be at your expense.
International Shipping: I ship to Canada, UK, and Australia. I will ship to other countries as well. Please message me for a quote. All packages will be shipped according to the destination country's postal regulations. All duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Insurance will be included on all international orders.
I also ship FREE to APO/FPO addresses. I am very grateful for the service to our country and appreciate the sacrifice that comes with living overseas. If you need an item shipped to an APO/FPO address, please message me and I will give you the coupon code for free shipping. Thank you.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item after you receive it (within 7 days of arriving at your home), please contact me and I will refund your money minus shipping.

Additional Information
Custom Orders: If you desire a custom order, please contact me. A 50% non refundable deposit is required before any custom order will proceed. Custom orders will ship, after final payment is received, no later than 7 days after ordering. If a problem arises and I can not get it out in the time frame established above I will contact you and let you know.
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of these items they are NON refundable.
