Payment Information
I only accept payment via Paypal, it's very easy, quick and safe to use.
Please note you do NOT need a Paypal account to do this. When you check out click the pay by Paypal option & you will be forwarded to a secure page, that gives you the option to pay using your debit or credit card.

Shipping Information
I provide shipping through the Dutch postal service PostNL. I ship items within 1-3 business days after I receive payment. Time for delivery should take around 1-2 days to the Netherlands, 5 to 8 days to other countries in Europe and 10-30 days to the rest of the World. Items may be delayed in customs in the country of the Buyer.
I can't take responsibility for undelivered, lost or stolen packages.
In some countries buyers are subject to custom taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and/or customs in their respective country. It is the Buyers responsibility to know the policies in the country that they want their package delivered to.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is on their order. If the post office sends it back to me I will be happy to ship it to the correct address for the cost of additional postage.

Contact me if you have a problem with your order. I'm happy to resolve any situation. Please contact me before you leave your feedback. There is always a solution to any matter.
If there are some defects I would be happy to fix them or replace the item as long as the item reaches me back in perfect condition.
I do not refund the shipping fee and the cost of sending it back.
In case you just don't like the item , the color or the size then no refunds or exchanges are available.
Exchanges/Returns can be made within 7 days after receiving your order. Please contact me before sending any items back.
