That's natural, but don’t worry we can fix that. You can send it back to us and we’ll do it for you. We ask you to cover our shipping costs.

This one is actually uncommon but it can happen so don’t worry, we will make you a new one at no extra price.
❯ The ring doesn’t fit perfectly.
Every ring is made by order but if you send the ring back to us, we will make you a new one 50% off the original price + the shipping costs.

How long will my ring, necklace and earring last?
Wood products are very much like love, if you take right care of it you can have it for life. But not taking any care of it will result in a disaster that doesn’t last for more than a few months.
We like to wear our wooden rings, necklaces and earrings all the time. When we shower, wash dishes, go for a walk or work around the house. Under these conditions finish on rings usually lasts at least 6 months, while on necklaces and earrings much longer.
But we like to take good care that the finish doesn’t wear off completely and apply new coat(s) before that so the still look like new.
How do you take care of your wood rings, necklaces and earrings?
For the rings we apply a new coat of finish every 3-9 months, while on necklaces and earrings it usually lasts a few times more than that, but it really depends on how much we wear them and under which conditions. We finish our rings with CA glue, it lasts much longer than oils and wax and gives an extra shine.
Another way is to apply beeswax, it will give the ring some shine and it will be smooth but it will also wear off pretty fast.
What to avoid for longer life span of finish:
❯ Definitely harsh chemicals and acetone.
❯ Over-frequent washing and drying, you might want to take it off when you go swimming.
❯ High pressure, it’s hard to believe that you’d break it but finish can get scratched.
Are products 100% handmade?
The rings are 100% handmade, all metal components of necklaces and earrings are bought from a reseller, though.
It takes hours of work to create each ring, earring and pendant and we don’t use ANY power tools in the process of shaping them. We love the world and we love wood, we try to take care of both when given the opportunity.
We also use wasted wood veneer.
Wood veneer is mostly used for furniture where they only use large parts of it and all the smaller pieces are thrown away or burned. But those pieces of wood are big enough for us to make beautiful wooden rings.
We try to get most of our veneer like that and only buy those that aren't available in local area.
What does the “bentwood ring” mean?
To make the rings we use the bentwood method, we take thin strips of wood (veneer) which we wrap in a circle and glue strips together. This way wood’s grain is oriented around the ring, which emphasizes wood’s natural beauty and strength. By using bentwood method, our wooden rings are way STRONGER than rings made from one piece of wood.

How fast will I get the product?
Our products are all made by order, meaning that we don't keep any stock. It takes us from 4 to 10 business days to make the ring, necklace or earring. It depends on the complexity and number of the product you ordered.
If you are in a hurry let us know beforehand and we can tell you exactly when can you expect the item(s) to arrive.

*If the ring won’t fit, we will make you a new one for free and only ask that you send it back to us on your expenses.
