Shipping Information
Ships via Russian Post with tracking number. I will usually ship your item within 1-3 business days of payment.
After the shipment, I will provide you the tracking number to your package, so you can see where it is and when you will receive it.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Under certain circumstances I will accept returns. I must be contacted within 3 days after the item is marked "delivered" by the tracking. Returns will not be accepted without my authorization. I must be notified within this time frame and the product must be completely undamaged and I require that you pay the return shipping. I will refund the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be for the item(s) only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
A return for "not liking" the way the jewelry, the embellishment, the beads, the color, etc. is not acceptable as all jewelry items are 100% handmade and described in detail in the description of the listing and by pictures. They are not mass produced so returning is impossible.
I try my best to complete orders within the listed processing time. However, there can be circumstances outside my control that extend the processing time. In these instances the order can not be cancelled or refunded. I also not responsible for posts office staff. If they are damaged packaging, I don’t return the money.

All of my work is unique! If you want something that is sold already I can make it for you - your jewelry will be very similar, but not exactly the same as the example seen in the shop. I am hoping for your understanding.

*Avoid using any solvents or commercial jewelry cleaning machines as they may separate the resin layer from the polymer clay layer.
*When not in use, store polymer clay jewelry in a box or a separate compartment. Sharp objects can scratch its surface.
