Your purchases will be mailed out within 2 days of receiving confirmed payment. I'm as anxious as you are to get your new jewelry from my hands to yours!
Shipments to USA addresses by USPS delivery confirmation provided.
Most shipments to all other addresses outside the USA by USPS First Class International Mail. This does not include insurance or a delivery confirmation.
Rest assured, I do not mark up shipping costs. If you'd like another method of shipment for any of your purchases, please let me know. I'm happy to make arrangements and add actual cost of your desired shipping to your invoice.

If you're unhappy, contact me and we'll arrange for return. Return (new and unworn condition) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. I'm committed to your satisfaction with your purchase from Liberty Originals - your refund will include original shipping cost. Return shipping, however, is on your nickel.

Your new jewelry has been designed and skillfully created entirely by a real person - adjustments may be made to length, findings, etc to customize for you - most of the time! Changes in length of 1-2" are usually easily accommodated and complimentary. Other changes and custom orders are happily considered. Just send me a note and we can discuss how to make it work.
