Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are acceptable if you contact us within 5 days of delivery and if the item's shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: custom or personalized orders for unique reasons, intimate items for health/hygiene reasons.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is returned in its non-original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
