Payment Information
Party Voeux accepts payment through Direct Checkout ~ it's quick and secure, and you don't even need a PayPal account! Please send payment within 24 hours of committing to buy. Please note orders will not ship until payment has cleared.
Shipping Information
We ship through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail in the U.S. I offer a flat US $4.00 shipping rate for regular USPS First Class Mail. If you are in need of a speedier shipment, just convo or email us and we'll get it there! We regret that we cannot ship orders until payment has cleared. Our current turnaround time is approximately 3-4 weeks. Please convo or email us if you need a quicker shipment and we can let you know about rush shipping. *All banners are shipped in well constructed, sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive safely to your home. * Delivery times vary according to time of year / holidays, and method of shipping you choose at checkout. *For insurance purposes, I only ship to the address specified through PayPal ( no exceptions). Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges

Refunds will be accepted for the following reasons ONLY:
*An order is placed with a note to seller which is unreasonable. (I ask that special requests are clarified before purchase to ensure I am able to complete the request) *An order is placed with a note to seller asking for a rushed delivery which can not be met or where standard delivery was chosen in shipping. (I ask that if it is uncertain the order will arrive on time, please contact me before making a purchase).
*Refunds on items which arrived late will be given on unopened packages. Shipping will not be refunded if the correct shipping method and time was not chosen. Shipping and processing times are clearly listed in the shipping section of each listing. Please choose the one which best suits your needs.
