Payment Information
Please note that I can only accept Paypal.
Payment is usually expected within 3 days, however please DO contact me if that is a problem for you and we will work something out.
If you are a customer who has paid with an E-Check via Paypal I will not send your order until Paypal has sent a confirmation email that the E-Check has cleared (which takes approx 7-10) so please be aware of that.

Shipping Information
I use brand new packaging for every order and every item is individually bagged and then placed inside a plastic jewellery box (these costs are reflected in the postage price).
I do my post runs (usually) every Tuesday and Thursday so in most cases you can expect your order within a few days (international up to 2 weeks).
I use first class for all UK orders and regular airmail for international.
Regular airmail is insured up to £34 but if your order totals more than that, I would sincerely recommend you purchase additional insurance at a cost of £4.00
If your order totals more than £60 I will provide tracking free of charge.
International buyers please note that you are responsible for any customs fees.
If you do need something urgently then just send me a note and I will do everything possible to accomodate you :)

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
I'm afraid I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If any item is faulty I will refund or replace for you.
If any item arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, I will file a claim with the post office on your behalf and you can choose to have a replacement sent or a refund.
