Payment Information
We accept PayPal and can process credit cards over the phone via PayPal. There is a 9% sales tax and shipping costs that will apply as needed.
Shipping Information
Currently, shipping is only to the USA. We use US Postal Service for our shipping needs, complete with tracking numbers to make sure everything is delivered as promised. Items ship as soon as possible, allowing extra time for custom works. Usually leaves Swingin' Dolly within 72 hours of confirmation of payment.
Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Exchanges and refunds will be honored on a case by case, as long as the process is started within 30 days of placing the order. Refunds and exchanges will be issued once the original item has been recieved back at Swingin' Dolly.
