Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Thank you for your order! For custom versions of any item, a photo will be sent for approval prior to shipping. Do NOT accept any package with obvious damage, and be sure to inspect for hidden damage within 24 hours of receipt; claims for damage after that time will NOT be honored!
Returns for items which do not accurately represent what you approved in the photo will be accepted ONLY upon prior approval, and must be returned in the same condition and packaging as initially received. Return requests MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt - no exceptions.

All pieces are fully warranted for a period of 90 days from date of shipment against defects in material and workmanship:
-you must provide details or submit photographic evidence of the defect and obtain a return authorization
-product must be returned in the original packaging
-you are responsible for return freight charges
-product will be repaired or replaced at no charge, and will be shipped to the original order address without charge.
