Payment Information
I accept Paypal(preferred method), Money Order and Personal Checks. All M.O.'s and P.C.'s will have to clear the bank before I ship orders.
Shipping Information
I ship all orders through the United States Postal Office within 5 business days. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging unless buyer has agreed to upgrade their shipping to priority shipping. In which, there are additional fees.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please allow 1 month and 1 week for packages to arrive. This is due to the U.S.'s upgraded security on all mail trafficked from out of the states.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Refunds will not be given to purchases that have not been upgraded to priority shipping. The reason being I can not verify if you have or have not received a package. Exchanges and returns are allowable providing I have been given a good reason. For example, say the package was damaged and you have notified me and sent a picture of damages to product. I do take care in how I wrap orders according to where they are going. However, sometimes things happen out of our control and products get damaged.
