Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send the photo of the poor-quality print or damaged area when contacting our customer service team. Please contact our customer service to get the return address. If Interestprint isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.(Please be aware that simply returning to the sending address will not result in a refund of your transaction.)
Reasons for Returns
1) Misprinted/damaged/defective items - We will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost,or we can whole refund or partly refund if the customer is agreed depend on how damage it is.
2) Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
3) Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
4) Returned by Customer - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we will provide accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages for customer reference. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.

US Orders and Orders Shipped With EMS - If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was shipped then you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge.
All other international orders - If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days since the order was shipped then you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge.
The refunds arrival time depends on the bank's progress.
