PAYMENTS: I accept payments via Paypal, Amazon and Google Checkout.
If payment does not occur within 48 hours after items are purchased, I will consider it a canceled transaction and re-list the item.

Shipping Information
SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped the next business day after payment has been received. I ship via USPS first class mail. USPS tracking number will be supplied for all packages mailed in the United States.
Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: In the event an item is damaged during shipment you will be expected to return the damaged item to Delightful Stitches for a replacement, the shipping cost will be at your expense. The item must be returned within 3 days. I will then issue a replacement free of charge.
Additional Information
I try to take accurate photos to reflect each item. If you require further images or description before purchase, please contact me through Craftisart. Your request will be responded to as quickly as possible. Please note however that every computer screen is slightly different and therefore color differences may occur.
