You will approve proof and the high resolution digital files are emailed to the email address you have listed with CraftisArt

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Due to the customized nature of DesignDream products, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges of your personalized products after payment has been made. I will send you a proof for your approval so you can look over and double check the design. I will gladly make any changes you want; I want you to be happy with the final product!
If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution
Colors may look different on your screen, so please note that DesignDream is not responsible for the colors on your computer monitor.

Additional Information
All designs listed in my shop can be customized. The colors, fonts, and layout can be changed. If you would like a completely different design contact me and I can create a custom listing for you.
There will be additional US $5.00US Dollar for changing and switching the photo after the first proof has been sent.
When ordering your photo card from photo processor, make sure you check the cropping. Sometimes the sides get cropped off, and you would not like to loose any of the special details.
Make sure you turn OFF the auto correct
Card coloring may differ from computer to computer
PLEASE PROOFREAD ALL PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY. ONCE YOU HAVE APPROVED A PROOF, DESIGNDREAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS OR TYPOS.
*Please note that you are paying for MY TIME to create your personal custom invitation and I maintain the copyright on all of my designs but any licensed images maintain the copyright of their original respective owners. We do NOT claim ownership over character clipart. We do NOT sell character clipart, they must be included in design with the personal information and photos to be considered for permitted PERSONAL PARTY USE.
