How do I close my account?
If you want to close your account log in to your account and go to "My Account > My Information", then click on "My Membership", finally click on "Cancel My Account" at the bottom of the page.
If you are a Basic (Pay-as-you-go) member and have available credit please contact us to process a refund (if available). Refund availability is based on account standing and recent activity not billed yet.
