Payment Information
I accept Paypal. Payment is expected within 3 days after order. Orders not paid within these terms will be canceled and the item will be relisted. Still If You need more time for making payment, it's not a problem if You let me know about it.
Shipping Information
I usually ship within 2 working days after payment is cleared. Exception is Bank holidays when Post offices are closed. Items are shipped as registered small parcels through Latvia Post. This type of parcels has general tracking number and insurance. Please note, that items ship from Latvia, Europe. Shipping time varies (and there are always exceptions also): for EU countries - 5-10 days,for USA - 14-21 days. There is possibility to use express mail (shipping time for USA - 7 days), but it is much more expensive (about 30$ for 100 g parcel). If You want express shipping, contact me for quote. I do refund overpaid postage, if it's more than 1$.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
If You are not satisfied with product You receive (although I hope there will be no such situation), please let me know within 5 days after You receive the item and we will work it out. However, to avoid such situations, please, read carefully item description BEFORE purchasing item and please, contact me if You have additional questions.

Almost all crocheted appliques are available for wholesale. Wholesale prices (discount prices) is available if You buy more than 50 pieces of one product.
