Shipping Information
Normal Shipping ( Registered Mail ) :
1.Delivery time is 2-3 weeks after being shipped by India post but it can take up to 4 weeks at times.
2.Delivery varies depending on the local situations.
3.Delivery may also take even longer during holidays due to high volumes.
4.Please be advised that we have NO CONTROL over delivery time and shipment once your order is shipped out.
Express Shipping :
1.It is done by FedEx , DHL , Aramex , UPS , etc .
2.Turnaround time is approx 4-8 business days.
3.It is strongly recommended to go with express delivery with orders above $80 .
4. Recipient's phone no. required so that its easy for shipment companies to interact in case of any query.
5. It costs $10 addition to normal shipping.

Unclaimed or Not Found Recipient for Registered Mail :
1. Please contact local post office for the item . The courier company leave a notice to pick up the packet from local post . You can call them to redeliver it .
2. They keep the item for 15 days and if the item still remains unclaimed , it is returned to seller . In this case , buyer would pay the return fees. Also , if buyer wants the product back , the buyer has to pay re-shipping fees as normal shipping fees.
3. We cannot give a refund on wrong address or Unclaimed or Not found recipient.
4. In case of cancellation , the amount would be given after deducting paypal and cancellation fees (15%)
Lost item :
1. Item not received over 45 days will be considered as lost item .
2. The amount would be refunded if there is no proof of tracking is found.
When product marked as shipped :
1. You will receive an email notification when your product is marked as shipped .
2. You can track the product on local post website .
3. Tracking may start after 7-8 days as sometimes time is taken to sort the products.

2.In case of a defective item, we will replace it with an identical item with no extra cost.
3.If the return/ replacement is approved , please return the item in its original packet. Please do not forget to write " Returned Goods " on the packet. After we receives the product, the replacement will be sent or refund made.
