Shipping Information
All items are shipped within 5-7 days after your payment is received via first-class or Priority Mail as appropriate with USPS. A delivery confirmation will be sent to you if shipped within the US via your Etsy email address. You can follow your items on the web at USPS.com via the USPS Delivery Confirmation number provided. International first class shipments not tracked via USPS unless shipped Priority Mail, also adding additional shipping insurance is recommended.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Refunds cannot be provided for any "wearable items "since for health and safety reasons these items cannot be re-stocked. Any "non-wearable" items a refund can be provided if returned in original "new- condition" within 15 days of confirmed delivery date. Items purchased but not received when additional insurance was purchased prior to shipment can be claimed via the USPS. No refunds provided on items claimed "not to be received" once "Confirmed Delivered" by the USPS if shipping insurance not purchased, so please ensure you provide a valid shipping address. Additional USPS shipping Insurance can be provided to protect items (damaged or lost) in shipping on request. All items are shipped via USPS. If your item is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact the USPS using provided delivery confirmation number. If an item you purchased is "not' confirmed delivered" after 14 days of shipment, a "one-time" replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost to you, no refunds provided once an item has been shipped.
