Shipping Information
US Orders-
>All orders of 1-3 scarves are mailed via USPS First Class mail. Time frame is 3-7 days. Orders of 4 or more scarves are upgraded to Priority Shipping at no additional charge. Time frame is 2-3 days on average.
International Orders-
>All international orders are mailed via USPS First Class mail. Time frame is 10-15 days for International orders.
>Scarves are packaged in tissue paper and then placed in a waterproof, tear resistant maling package or for larger orders, in a priority mailing box.
>Once payment clears, scarves are shipped within 24-72 hours
***PLEASE NOTE*** For US orders, an email with tracking info will be sent when the item is ready to ship, therefore if the tracking number shows delivered, there is nothing I can do to replace the package. If a reasonable amount of time goes by and the tracking # does not produce any delivery confirmation, I will be happy to replace the item.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
I offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), notify me and you can return them for a full refund of the purchase price (within 15 days of purchase). Item(s) must be in same condition as when sent (i.e. no smoke, perfume, pet smells).
If you just want to exchange an item, maybe the color didn't work for you, notify me and you can return the item for exchange, just pay for shipping. Again, must be returned in same condition as when sent (within 30 days of purchase).

> Scarf measures approx. 68-72" in length, approx. 1.5" wide throughout and 2-3" wide at fringed ends. Total weight approximately 2.5 ounces.

I do purchase some yarn locally, but to get the variety of textures and colors, I use a lot of yarns that are imported from all over the world including Turkey, Italy, and France. My All Fringe Vixen Scarves are tied together using four knots (two knots for the scarflette line). This gives it a finished, polished look as opposed to the hand-tying method which can allow strands to be pulled loose.
