Payment Information
At this time, Lessie & Pearl accepts PayPal and Amazon Payments. I am currently researching payment gateways to accept direct credit card purchasing and will add that option soon. Please note, you may pay through PayPal as a guest with a credit card...they will not save your information using this option. Thanks!
Shipping Information
Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time payment has cleared for me to create and ship your order unless otherwise noted. During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) shipping may take longer. I do my absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner. PLEASE NOTE- Unfortunately, once shipped I can not control how fast the USPS gets your order to you. I am not responsible if your package gets lost or takes longer to get to you than USPS guidelines.
Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. Lessie & Pearl strives to meet your expectations and will be happy to exchange your item.
Lessie & Pearl does not provide refunds on CUSTOM ORDERS. If the error was my mistake, I will fix it immediately and will refund the return shipping fees. If the error was not my mistake and you are simply dissatisfied with the product then the piece is yours to keep.

Additional Information
Lessie & Pearl jewelry has a distinctive design focusing on the unique handmade nature of each piece. Each personal jewelry design is made in my workshop in South Louisiana. I design and create meaningful and unique keepsakes for you to cherish. I use sterling silver, freshwater pearls and crystals, along with other metals and natural stones in my creations. If the piece is personalized each letter is individually stamped by hand- no two pieces will come out the same–making every piece it’s own unique creation! Also, the letters will not be perfectly straight- this adds to the charm of a hand stamped, handcrafted piece–the design focus of Lessie & Pearl.

Care and Cleaning...
Lessie & Pearl jewelry is not waterproof, please remove when showering, swimming, washing dishes, etc.
To clean your piece I recommend using a polish cloth or a soft cotton cloth.
tarnishing
All sterling silver naturally tarnishes, and there are many different factors- climate, lotions, etc., that might cause your piece to tarnish faster than others. Storing your piece in an airtight plastic bag when not worn will help.
