Payment Information

Payment:

I accept PayPal. PalPal is really great as you can also use any major credit card even if you don't have (or want) a PayPal account. Your credit card information remains secure! I prefer payment upon approval. This works well for everyone as I ship usually within 24 hrs. of receiving your payment. If payment is not received within a 24 period, I reserve the right to re-list the item and cancel your transaction. Please keep in mind that all items are handmade and therefore only so many can be produced. If you are not going to follow through, I could potentially be losing a sale with someone who would really like to buy the item.

Items not paid for within 48 hours will automatically be canceled. If you would like to purchase the item again, browse my store, purchase and pay for immediately to avoid cancellation.

Availability of Items:

All items listed have been made (with the exception of custom orders) and are ready to ship once you have purchased and paid for the item.

Cancellation:

If you are new to Etsy, you may not be fully aware that once you commit to a purchase you are expected to follow through with payment as I am charged an Etsy listing and selling fee, EVEN IF the item does not get paid for. If you should change your mind after the purchase, please let me know as soon as possible and I will apply to Craftisart to request the purchase be canceled. No hard feelings.

Feedback:

I love feedback!!!! I get excited when I have new feedback to read. I will be sure to leave you feedback as soon as I receive your payment. Please be sure to leave feedback once you have your purchase. It's really appreciated and also helps those who are considering buying from me to make a better informed decision.

Shipping Information

If you shipping address is different between the one with Craftisart and PayPal, please let me know which address you would like the package sent to. I do my best to confirm the correct shipping address if they are different.

Please note that I can only ship to the address provided to me. If you have moved and your Craftisart or PayPal account is not accurate (as crazy as this sounds to some for obvious reasons) there is no way I would know your new mailing address. Please make sure they are accurate.

I ship all my packages via postal service (Canada Post). Some packages via airmail and others ground. I like to offer the most economical option for each item. Please keep in mind that once I hand your package over to the Postal system, it's up to them to deliver. I CANNOT GUARANTEE or be responsible for packages once they have left my hands. I do my very best to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order, but again, it's up to the postal system to meeting their timing.

I'm based in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

If you should need it quicker than listed, please let me know before you purchase.

Timing:

I usually ship items out within 1 business day (24 hours) sometimes even faster! Hey, I'm like you, when I by something I want it right away! I will always send you an email confirming that your package has shipped so you know for sure.

Airmail: within Canada and USA usually 10 business days. Internationally 2-4 weeks. It can be even sooner sometimes. Keep in mind Christmas is more realistically this timing.

I do not have tracking numbers for packages. To offer this would increase shipping costs in most cases to more than the cost of the item you are buying. If you have a special request, please let me know before your purchase.

Ground: within Canada and USA usually 10-14 business days.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges

I do my best to take accurate photos, detailed descriptions, ship fast and respond to feedback quickly (usually within hours). If for some reason you find your purchase is not as described or shown in the listing, please contact me and I will do my best to make you a happy customer.

Returns:

I cannot accept jewelry/hair accessories back, due to hygienic reasons. All other items should their be an issue, please contact me first to discuss. If the item is to be returned the cost of return shipping would be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Custom Orders: Unfortunately there are no refunds issued on custom orders unless their is a quality issue. If that is the case please contact me and we can work it out.
