As a buyer, how I do I report a problem with an order or non-delivery?

If you have problems with your order, please contact the seller directly via Craft Is Art or via email.

If you have not been contacted by the seller regarding your purchase, and/or you have not received your item(s) as promised, please contact us using our Support Form, we will try to contact the seller ourselves to try to get a response.

Unresponsive sellers or sellers not able to resolve non-delivery cases face immediate account termination, so it is in the seller's best interest to quickly resolve a non-delivery case.

After contacting us for a non-delivery case, please allow up to 48 hours for a response, if you haven't been contacted by the seller within 48 hours and you paid with PayPal or Amazon, we recommend filing a complaint for Non-Receipt with the corresponding payment service to get your money back.

IMPORTANT: Orders need to be placed through using our Checkout Process (Regular or Quick method) for us to initiate contact with the seller. If you have been in touch with a seller and placed an order using any other method (PayPal Invoice, different website/venue, etc) we will not be able to help you.
