My Account credit says $10.00, why does my available credit is $0.00?
Account credits are calculated based on any Recent Activity. For example, if you submitted a payment of $10.00 USD to pay for an invoice of $5.00, the "change" for that payment will be taken as credit, but if you have Recent Activity for more than $5.00 (your change for the recent payment), your available credit will show $0.00 as it is going to be used for the next available invoice which will contain items from your Recent Activity. If you don't have any Recent Activity, then your available credits should say $5.00.
