Payment Information
Payment method accepted is Paypal only.
Through Paypal, you can use any major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express all without having to sign up.
Payment is preferred immediately upon check-out.
If payment has not been made within 24 hours, an email will be sent. If no response has been made, sale will be canceled within 48 hours and the item will be relisted.
If you're having troubles with Paypal, please feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to help walk you through the process. I have no problem waiting if communication is made.
Shipping Information
All items will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping from Florida, US items arrive in 2-7 days, depending on location. Items can be lost in the mail and take up to two weeks. Please wait the full two weeks after shipment to declare the item lost.
International orders usually arrive within 2 weeks, however can take up to 4-6 weeks, given the time of year or just slow post. Please wait the full 6 weeks after shipment to declare the item lost.
Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Refunds or replacements are provided if items arrive damaged. Please take a photo of the damaged goods and send me an email at pinkflowercube@gmail.com
Refunds are sent if a replacement is no longer in stock.
Exchanges are not accepted.
