All items are shipped via standard Russian Post within 1-3 business days after receiving a payment, unless it is an item that is made to order.

Non custom items can be returned within two weeks. We will refund the cost of the item,but not the shipping charges.

Universal Care (for all the knitted and crocheted items in my shop):Handwash in cold water and air dry for the best results.The pieces may do okay in the washing machine but I would not recommend putting them in the dryer.Follow these instructions to keep your piece well-shaped and cozy for as long as possible!
