Shipping Information
All orders are shipped USPS First Class unless otherwise stated in the listing or if other arrangements have been made.
International orders are sent out via USPS First Class International and delivery times can vary depending on country. Delivery times can take up to two weeks or more.
I typically go to the post office one to three times per week, depending on the amount of orders I have.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Although the greatest care will be taken when packing and mailing your items, Barrel of Monkeys cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or not received once they have been mailed. If you would like insurance or delivery conformation, please contact me at the time of purchase and I will send an invoice for the additional costs.

Many of my button designs/listings come with a choice of color or design. Please specify which color or design you want me to send you when you place your order.
★ If a color/design is not specified I will surprise you with one.
♥ Please note that the color you see on your screen and the color that I see on my screen and the color that guy over there sees on his screen are all going to different so that means that the color of the actual buttons will probably be a bit different too.
