Payment Information
I accept Paypal, checks and money orders. And in the process of offering Google Check out. I gladly accept checks, but all I ask is you notify me of your method of payment.
Shipping Information
Shipping via USPS within 10 days after payment is recieved. (I usually ship with in 3 days if the product is in stock.)
Allow extra time for custom items. Personal checks are welcome but they must clear the bank before I can ship the item. (approx. 10-15 days)Any thing over the weight/length limit of the USPS policy will be shipped via UPS. (prices may vary)

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
No cash or credit returns. I do offer free modifactions to my work at no charge if you are not happy with any purchase. Buyer pays shipping to Muddy River Iron Works, and we pay shipping back to you when the item is complete. I must be notified within 10 days after receiving the item(s) for this to be honored.

Every thing is made to order unless otherwise specified in the listing. I dont keep alot of these in stock due to the fact the longer the steel items lay around the more chance for corrison and rust. Steel roses take approx. 10-15 days to produce and ship. We strive for customer satisfaction and quality So let us know how we can serve you.
