Payment is by PayPal only. You can pay by credit or debit card through PayPal.
Shipping Information
The shipping price you pay is for 1st class recorded delivery within the UK, and airmail delivery to the United States, Canada, Europe and the rest of the world. I will carefully wrap your order and dispatch it to you within 2 working days of receipt of your payment. Items are shipped from the United Kingdom.
I can ship by international signed-for delivery to the US, Europe and the rest of the world at the customer's request. This will cost $6.25 in addition to the normal postage price. Please contact me at the time of purchase if you would like me to send by international signed-for delivery, and I will invoice you for the extra cost.
The customer is responsible for all customs charges and duties, and any other fees levied upon delivery, that may be charged in their country.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, it may be returned to me in new and unused condition for a refund or replacement as appropriate. Please contact me straight away if you are unhappy for any reason, or if you have any questions or problems, and I will do my very best to help you.

I am happy to undertake commissions. Please contact me if you are interested in commissioning a piece, or if you would like a piece you have seen in my shop in a different colour or fibre.
If you see an item in my shop that you would like reserved for you, I can do this for 7 days before putting it on sale to the general public again.
